Queen Madonna Is Coming January 2008
We will all have to wait for the Queen. Madonna’s album has been pushed back for a January 2008 release. This means Madonna won’t have to compete with two of the biggest Pop Princess (or washed-up tragics?) Britney and Kylie who both have albums dropping this November. So Britney and Kylie have a few extra months to take over the pop charts in the US and UK before the Queen takes control. I am not extremely concerned as to what her album will sound like. To be honest, the whole hip-hop theme is intriguing. Kind of like the hispanic turn Coldplay are deciding to take. I can’t really judge her new sound because all I’ve heard are demos, and generally demos are never great in terms of quality and production. So I am still hopeful.
Until Jan 2008 all we have to rely on are the leaks and her old stuff:

I am super excited for her new album! I love her!
I think January would be a good idea, or really any time early 2008. This way she’ll get to claim the year as her own, rather than sharing it with all the other difffas.
