Lily Allen is such a Player Hater
This isn’t the first time Lily Allen has pissed other artists’ fans off, only this time its about Radiohead. In a recent interview, Lilly Allen was quoted saying, “It’s arrogant for them to give their music away for free - they’ve got millions of pounds. It sends a weird message to younger bands who haven’t done as well… You don’t choose how to pay for eggs. Why should it be different for music?”
Maybe because they feel like letting their fans choose their price? Aah, Lily, Lily, you incoherent, confused person. What exactly are you trying to say? Do you have a problem with Radiohead’s “millions”? What “message” should Radiohead be sending? Should they send a message at all? Is she aware that free music (and that’s a lax term) has been around a lot longer than she has?

Fuck all the nay-sayers. Radiohead IS massive because they are some of the most talented artists on our planet right now and if they want to do things their way more power to them. And who the fuck is Lily Allen anyway? I’ve never heard of the chick till now and why does she matter? Radiohead make brilliant music and I think it’s wonderful that they decided to let people pay what they think it’s worth for their art. Plus any way that any artist can stick it to the man (the recording industry in this case) and still get their stuff out there is a wonderful thing for us all. So fuck yeah Radiohead, rock on
