4 New Kelly Clarkson Demos

April 1st, 2008 Posted in MP3, Music

Last year’s platinum-selling My December was a product of a pissed off American Idol and a pissed of legendary record man. Most of you know of the drama that went on during the making of December and here is what Fox had to report: “>There was no bucking the system, and no going against Clive Davis. Sources tell me that Clarkson has agreed, through her wise new manager Narvel Blackstock, to make a pop album for release in 2008 with songs selected by Davis and his team.”

Next to Breakaway’s 11 million sales, My December is a flop and a no-hitter. These 4 new demos are allegedly products of her new “pop” record for 2008. The leaked demos include “Close Your Eyes”, “One Day”, “Ready”, and “With A Little Bit Of Luck”. It is clear these are demos and of shitty quality right-off-the-bat, but with the right tweaking and some “Since U Been Gone” magic, we have another megahit and we will all be ashamed to love. Watch out for “With a Little Bit of Luck”.

Kelly Clarkson - One Day: Download | Link 2 | Link 3
Kelly Clarkson - Ready: Download | Link 2 | Link 3
Kelly Clarkson - With A Little Bit Of Luck: Download | Link 2 | Link 3

The support Kelly has from her fans is quite remarkable. Its still weird do bitch so much over a few demos…

But anyway, they’re down now.

UPDATE: PMA has washed their hands of this, but someone DID leave a little present in the comments.

    They sound prettyy damn good!

Excited for this “pop” album of hers

  2. John Says:

Youre right, that last one is gonna be a hit!

  3. Anonymous Says:

Thanks for sharing! I was hoping this would happen!

  4. Sarah Says:

    She’s AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

  5. Anonymous Says:

I hope the next album will be huge

  6. me Says:

These songs are STOLEN, not leaked.. Aben Eubanks himself has been posting everywhere asking for them not to be shared and removed form the internet.. legal action can result if they aren’t removed.

  7. Me Too Says:

Please remove these downloads. These songs were stolen, as the other poster has mentioned. They are not yours to post.

  8. Casey Says:

I know that a lot of people are excited for the album, but please take these down, I hate to be that ‘holier art thou’ person here, but really, I love Kelly and I really want this to be good, so please remove it….

  9. prettymuchamazing Says:

If these ARE in fact demos, it does not directly effect the album itself, right? Nor are they used for commercial purposes, right?

i’m not justifying anything, I’d just like to get the full story, as I don’t see the harm in posting a few demos that are nothing near a final cut, acoustic even.

  10. Kausar Says:

I am excited visiting your wonderful blog post. This pop album is really good.

  11. Anonymous Says:

    prettymuchamazing,

It doesn’t matter that these are “just demos.” The fact is that these demos were stolen. Posting these demos, or even possessing them, is illegal.

  12. charles Says:

Delete all this files right now!
    Respect Clarkson’s privacity!!!!

  13. prettymuchamazing Says:

You’d think the label would take these down by now if it was so illegal and top secret…

  14. Mike Says:

It doesn’t matter whether this is illegal or top secret - the point is these demos were stolen from Aben & Kelly and they are not finished products. These songs will be made available for the public to hear when Kelly, her band, and record label release them. I feel bad that Kelly is working hard to create an album that we, her fans, will like and her unfinished work is being exposed. A lot of people have been working hard to try and get these demos off the internet to prevent them from spreading. As they are NOT finished products - people may get the wrong idea and be turned off to her next record, or further spread these demos which were again, STOLEN.

Anyway, it’s very difficult to stop these demos from spreading, so please help and simply remove them from this site.

  15. Me Three! Says:

@ all of you who want these extremely rough demo’s taken off: the PMA team, or, any other MP3 blog that has these posted, have not done anything to get these tracks leaked. Why don’t you all start bitching to the record company’s, or to whoever has the authority and access to get these demo’s leaked, and tell them to step up in security. Deal with it, the songs are out on the web now, and there’s nothing you can do to stop them from spreading. I mean, these suck anyway, and it’s clear that they are nothing close to anything remotely final. I mean, jeez.

  16. Me Three! Says:

With that being said, I have to agree that “With a Little Bit of Luck” has great potential! But, I also feel that “Close Your Eyes” would make a great single too. It has that fun, summer feeling that Jason Mraz has on his “new” song.

  17. prettymuchamazing Says:

Where were you when I was being bashed? LOL

  18. Sarah Says:

So, 2 million in album sales is a flop? Guess there are a lot of artists who would like to have a “flop” then.

maybe you need to learn how to read Sarah?

“Next to Breakaway’s 11 million sales, My December is a flop and a no-hitter”

Wow, being a crazy Kelly fan DOES make you retarded.

  22. Me Too Says:

They weren’t leaked by the record label. They don’t even belong to the record label. They were stolen from Aben and Kelly. Someone, who claims to be a fan, hacked into their system and downloaded them illegally.
This is from Aben on Kelly Clarkson Express board.

i realize everyone is eager and excited for new music but we ask to please be respectful of private property until it is placed LEGALLY in the public realm. Please do not post any private recordings or post links to other sites that have done such. all involved parties would be so appreciative

thanks to everyone for your respect and cooperation

    aben

  23. LTK Says:

Seriously crazy Kelly fans, take it down a notch. What are you doing reading a music blog if you’re going on a whole tirade about the legality of music sharing? Shouldn’t you be living in a cave with your copy of My December that you PAID for instead of taking time to holier-than-thou us “crazies” who actually like to sample music before we buy it?

PS. The Hype Machine got its name for a reason. Because music blogs hype artists; as in, make them more buzzed about, popular, and eventually successful. PMA is the only reason I’m even thinking about Kelly Clarkson today.
    Tools.

  24. Mike Says:

Thank you for taking these down. Some people here do NOT get the point. Nobody would blame PMA for getting or posting these demos, since they were spread around and PMA did not know they were stolen. The real POINT is simply that they were not legally obtained by the person who originated the spreading of the demos. Kelly’s die hard fans were ecstatic to hear new music from Kelly, but complied with her and Aben’s wishes to get rid of the songs and help in any way we can to stop the spreading of them. That’s all we’re trying to do. Don’t hate us for being supportive!

  25. hudf Says:

i like those songs a lot!
i’m looking foward to her new stuff, seems like we’ll be hearing new kelly clarkson songs on the radio in the near future ( i feel like her breakaway stuff is still all thats on)
it sucks that the songs got leaked but i’m glad i got to hear them

  26. Me Three! Says:

PMA, what happened! You gave into the system (the system, being these crazy-ass Kelly fans!) Dudes she’s not even THAT great of an artist. Yeah she’s hot, and has the ability to make okay music, but there’s nothing really unique about her, unless you count her AI past. Anyway, this shit is weak, but I love how crazy this stuff got! LOL!

I’ll continue sampling all the music that I freaking want to, and that now includes obtaining and uploading the “super-anticipated-totally-awesome-gonna-rock” Kelly disc. Ooops, sorry fans, I bet you didn’t want to hear that!
    :P ROCK ON, PMA!

  27. prettymuchamazing Says:

some lawyer emailed me claiming to represent Kelly. I’d rather NOT take my chances.

  28. Yum Says:

Come on people, just a little taste. Thanks PMA. They do love their Clarkson, don’t they.

  29. me Says:

    1. The songs were NOT LEAKED by the record label.. they were STOLEN, by someone who actually admitted to it, and appologized for doing it.

    2. They are not under the label yet because they are Demo’s, and the personal property of Aben Eubanks and Kelly Clarkson, who co-wrote the songs. They are in fact STOLEN PERSONAL PROPERTY.

    3. Anyone who thinks it’s ‘no big deal’ or comes up with an excuse to make it sound ok for these songs to be circulating, needs to get your head out of your butt, because you are the exact reason record companies are losing money and shutting down. You ahve no respect for the industry, for the artist, for the musicians, or for those invovled in producing the music. You’re nothing more than a selfish scumbag. It’s ok though, because with new digital music laws, in addition to the fact that these demo’s are in fact stolen property, between personal lawyers, DCMA and other laws, you’ll lose in the end.

  30. me Says:

    LTK, your an ass…
there are LEGAL WAYS to sample music, go to any store, they have lsitening stations, go to itunes or amazon, you can hear clips legally of a song.. if a one minute clip isn’t enough to know you like a song, you shouldn’t be listening to music at all.

All these blogs due to sicrulate music illegally.. people get the music free, then don’t bother buying the album, because they already have the songs.

thanks for the uploads, THE FOUR DEMOS!

Thanks for explaining itunes to me so well - I have been living in cave the last ten years so technology is pretty much a mystery. By the way expert, they’re 30 second clips and some of us who don’t consider Top 40 to be artistic genius need more than that to know we like a song. I may be an ass, but at least I’m not a hypocrite. Stop reading/supporting these music blogs you claim to hate. I DO buy tons of goodmusic thanks to PMA and other blogs, but thanks for generalizing and saying none of us do. That would be like me saying all people who can’t spell circulate correctly suck at life.

  36. me Says:

The only reason i’m here is helping get the songs off the internet. Assholes like you have no regard at all for personal property or the law. you have no consideration for all the people stolen music and illegally obtained music effects. Your one of the many morons who go around saying ‘it will enver happen to me’ and ‘it’s not a big deal’.. until you end up in court over it like so many are these days (even years after they shared the music). You’re simply a poor excuse for life.

  40. Kelly Clarkson's Vagina Says:

Well, just because of fucktard Ke;y zealots, I not only downloaded these tracks (which are really as bad as pretty much everything else she’s burped up), but I e-mailed them to dozens of websites, thousamdds of MySpace friends, and uploaded them on LimeWire and 12 other torrents.

    FUCK YOU!

  41. prettymuchamazing Says:

    HAHAHA

Thats a lot of work for someone who didnt like them.

  42. ajomo Says:

These songs were posted to another major blog (which will not be named) by a friend. The lawyer representing Kelly Clarkson contacted him and asked that they be taked down immediately upon reading his email. Further action may still be taken according to her rep. I’ve heard the demos and they are all pretty hot. Definitely something that will bring her back to the top of the charts. It’s just unfortunate that they were illegally taken from Kelly and her bandmate. We weren’t aware that this was the case until my friend was contacted by her attorney. Good luck Kelly with Studio Album 4!

  44. YoYo Says:

I love these demos. I’m a HUGE Clarkson fan, but her fans are EMBARRASSING. Please limit your kiss-ass, rah-rah spewings to the fan forums.

And yeah, My December was a commerical flop. Clarkson’s cool with that, so am I. Pop music doesnt let the same people rule forever, so an album like this is great for longevity. Either that or only release one every 5 years.

  45. Casey Says:

Thanks for taking the demos down….I understand there is a lot of controversy over whether it is right or wrong, and I am a big Kelly fan, and I am not retarded, its just that we have stuck with Kelly even through the MD era, when everyone else ditched her because she wasn’t singing SUBG, and it really sucks for us too, to see that as soon as she starts making stuff again, it gets stolen. Maybe some people think it is okay because they are just demos, but either way, Aben was really upset, and Kelly wasn’t that pleased either….so, it is a bigger deal because it is wrong, and because we want the best for Kelly….thanks again for removing them!

  46. Brian Says:

lol damn… Why do I always miss the good stuff?!

  47. Chris Says:

“PMA has washed their hands of this, but someone DID leave a little present in the comments.”

How unrespectful can one be - with this comment you condone the distribution of the songs and the name-calling of your ‘crazy blog fans’, especially that from that sorry loser who posted the links. Shame on you!

Because Kelly and her bandmates post on the Kelly sites, do livechats on the fansites with te fans, etc.. we all do talk to them, directly. Most of all, we have respect for all the artists, not just Kelly, unlike people such as yourself.

  53. me Says:

Hey, I’m not here to play ‘Internet Police’, I took them down from my page, what others comment is not my responsibility.

It’s still YOUR blog, and you bare the responsability of moderating the comments posted on it. Allowing links to the stolen demo’s in comments on your blog is the same as posting them yourself. you’re the one responsible for all content here. If you don’t want to believe it, call any entertainment lawyer, RIAA, or the DCMA and hear it directly from them. The only allowance you get is an amount of time in which to remove the links/comments before they due pursuit legal action if they so choose to.

These demo’s are more then just shared music, they are actual stloen property (a felony to those who stole them), and jsut like any stolen property, people can be liable for receiving and distribution of stolen property. Having them in the comments can easily be considered as ‘fencing’, as your providing a medium for them to be redistributed.
Something for you to think about there.. you have a popular blog, would be ashame to see it forced under over something like this (and before you think it wont ever happen, read some news, do some research, it’s happening ALOT lately).

  56. Dan Says:

Kelly’s fans are complete retards. Those songs were leaked to create controversy. They’re fighting the PR leak like the idiots they are. Think about it guys. Do you really believe they were stolen in nice neat 30 second samples? It got you all talking didn’t it? Kelly is fat and ugly by the way. The guy that said she’s hot has got to be a street teamer.

  57. Trish Says:

Flop - No Hitter? lmfao. Do you have any idea what Clive Davis did to squash that album? He did everything in his power to stop radio from playing it. I work in the industry and everybody knows what Clive did. At a point, they considered investigating his sabotage, but no one had the balls to go through with it. There were 6 Radio hits on My December (songs that could have easily been on the Breakaway album). Find a clue before making such insipid comments.

  58. Trish Says:

p.s. I’m a huge Kelly fan and I couldn’t give a rats ass how many people hear these demos. Tough shit - they are out there now. Big f’ing deal. What do you all thinks gonna happen if these demos are heard? You guys don’t even know if those tracks will make the album. Pull your heads out of your butts and chillax.

  59. me Says:

First of all, a fan who runs a Brazilian fansite dedicated to Clarkson hacked some security protoccals within Aben Eubanks’ website and tok the demo’s, posting them on the Brazilian fansite. Eubanks discovered the security breach right away, and anyone who runss a website and has a server knows there are logs of all hits and access. It wasn’t hard to figure out who it was, which he did. The person from the fansite openly admitted to it, and the demo’s were removed, but not after a bunch of blogs had already found them and posted them (if you think this blog was the first, guess again, the demo’s were stolen and posted close to a month ago).
Secondly, Eubanks himself ha contacted many of the blogs, having the songs removed, as well as posting on several Clarkson fansites, in which he, and the rest of Kelly’s band (and some of her friends) visit very often, and participate in livechats and such, and have been doing so for years. He explained the security breach, and ask that the songs not be posted or shared. A few blogs which didn’t want to cooperate at first, have recently been sent legal forms from Clarkson’s lawyers, and they have removed all links to the songs now.

It’s a shame about what’s happened to the industry these days. Fortunatly for Clarkson fans, she actually does talk to her fans, through her official and fansites, before and after concerts and appearances, and via many of her close friends and her band, who frequent many of Clarksons fan run fansites. It’s been this way since Kelly won Idol, prior to having an official site, Clarkson herself posted often on fan run fansites. If you don’t want to believe it, that’s your choice, you only have to visit them and do some searches on them to see it all for yourself.
Some of you are so caught up in the high and mighty, out for themselves artists being shoved down everyones throats by label’s and producers, when a real person comes along int he industry who cares about ehr fans that keep her where she is, and has some decency to appreciate what fans do for her, ya’ll find it so hard to believe it’s real.
As for the demo’s, they are unfinished work, that was not released or leaked. They were in fact stolen. Clarkson does leak finished songs that she won’t be using on an album, and her early pre-Idol demo’s. The only people trying to cause contraversay over them are those who have no respect for anything or anyone and jsut want free music anyway they can get it.

I’m sure Clive Davis sabotaged this album just to toss away the 3 mil they invested Your a fucktard if you don’t think Clive Davis is all about the money and Kelly Clarkson is too The whole controversy thing was just a ill conceived marketing plan to generate free Hype.Too bad it backfired

  61. let'sbereasonable Says:

Whoever created this blog has a definite right to stand up for themselves. If Clarkson were really angry about her personal property being “stolen” he would have received a cease and desist order already. Labels are concerned about releasing actual songs off the album early because it means they are no longer in control of publicity and because it means people might not feel the need to buy the album.
Rough, poor quality “stolen” demos don’t hurt profits, but they do generate a crapload of publicity about an artist who really needs their new album to do well.
You conservative AI fans don’t need to stand up for Kelly, if she really had a problem with her demos being out there, she’s got a million dollar corporate legal team to stand up for her. Believe me, she’s covered.

  62. let'sbereasonable Says:

Dude PMA, sorry they made you take them down. Good thing they’re still up on Hype Machine!
Aben, you’re a tool. Social media controls everything today, if you can’t keep up with that then you might as well get out of the game. In the long run, hiding behind a pricey legal team will only stall the inevitable, it’s a shitty marketing strategy.

  63. me Says:

Legal is already sending out letters, which is the first step towards the lawsuits. Several blog owners have recieved them and posted so. For one thing, a secured private area was hacked into (which is illegal in itself), second, personal property was taken without permission (a felony offense), third, the person admitted to doing it.

Again some of the comments here, and excuses for sharing music ilelgally, is nothing but crap and an attempt to validate doing something that is wrong. Morally it’s extremely wrong, and disrespectful (and selfish).

Go tell all the people ordered to pay out tens of thousands per song they’ve obtained illegally or shared (some as far back as 7-8 years ago who are first now being sued for it and losing their case).. see if they tell you ‘it’s no big deal’. If you need video of some of these people from news broadcasts, it can be provided.
Ask Napster, Myspace, and Youtube about their huge lawsuits which they lost, simply for allowing people to upload illegal music and share links on their service. See if they tell ya ‘it’s ok, it’s going to happen’.

It’s easy to say ‘no biggie’ and ‘it will never happen to me’ until it does, and that can be at any time. No one thinks it will ever happent o them until it does, then they come up with every excuse in the world for it, which gets them no where.

Kelly Clarkson herself expressed to Billboard she was upset about the songs being out there unfinished. That seems to be ignored because of selfish reasons, with no regard to anyone elses feelings.

As for My December and Clive Davis.. you all really think Kelly sat on the phone with Clive argueing about the album? You think if it was such a flop, it would have been released? If Clive didn’t like it as much as reported, it would never have been released, and she may have been released from the label. Common sense simply eludes some of you. The ‘battle’ with the label over the album happens on every album, with every artist. The media twisted it into something it wasn’t, sice they enver have much to write about Kelly to sell their tabloid crap to morons who believe it all.

Babble on all you want, there is no justification for sharing music illegally (including stolen demo’s of unfinished work)

  64. noneofurbeeswax Says:

PMA download the legal letter in pdf and attach it to every download We’ll call it value added. Who knows, maybe they’ll be worth something on fleabay someday and we can sell them to pay for BMG’s bankruptcy attorney’s LOL
Me believe what you want to but you are being marketed to,so keep handing over your allowance to the people who go after the children’s market.I’m sure your parents are independently wealthy and don’t have to work very hard to support your habit. As for me no more posting on this or any other artist’s topic.Let the record labels pay for publicity. Just stop talking about them will hurt them more than any leaked audio. If you get sued blog it and ask for a boycott of the label and artist responsible You have to fight crazies with crazy

Kelly Clarkson is an Awesome artist. She has an AMAZING talent that she doesn’t have to share with the world. But she does because she loves it and her fans love it.

I know some people can’t wait for her album, I can’t ethier.

But please…Don’t be posting where the songs are for download.

It’s very very wrong that they are up there and it’s wrong that you would posted where they are here.

Kelly is a genius, the only real artist in the music industry, & the only artist who appreciates fans.

Clive Davis didn’t want MY DECEMBER to make money & did everything in his power to squash it, even though he gave the greenlight to release it & spent millions on promotion.

Artists & labels don’t like the publicity that comes with leaked/”stolen” tracks.

MY DECEMBER was a hit-laden masterpiece.

Fat little, pug-faced Kelly is hot. (despite the pic above which is so badly photoshopped, she looks anorexic)

    BWAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, seriously now, are all you people friggin’ morons????????????????????

American Idol is a subpar show that profits off morons like you. Most of the intelligent people I know refuse to watch much TV, mostly because it’s loaded with these crap “reality” shows. “OMG HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO KELLY!” Get a life.”

a moron calling others a moron?
first, Kelly hasn’t been associated with Idol since she left 19 as her management back in 2005. Her only dealing swith them since then are the same as every artist who appears on an Idol show anywhere in the world, as a guest.

As for Clarksons relationship with her fans, it actually is quite closer than most artists, as Kelly herself psots on her fansites, as do her band and her friends. In addition to her standard meet and greets before or after a concert, she very often spends time with fans at various appearances, and has even gone as far as to place phone calls to fans thanking them for presents and such they had sent to her.

Some of you are so caught up in what ‘hollywood’ dishes you, that when someone genuine does come along, you instantly group them into the bunch. Clarkson, like many in the country genre, go the extra mile for the fans who buy their merchandise, send them letters, etc.
Most of what Clarkson does for her fans, doesn’t even get in the media, for example, the childrens hosptial in Rhode Island Kely stopped at before a nearby concert she was doing, to meet some terminally ill children who had wrote her a latter, and were to ill to attend the concert. Kelly kept it a bit hush hush so the media wouldn’t invade her time with them, but spoke of it after (with images) afterwoods to her fans on her official, and non-official fansites. This is typical of her.
She’s also become very respected within the industry, having uch names as Steven Tyler, Martina McBride, Aretha Franklin, and many others attend her shows (without pre-announcement, but the pictures alays show up on the fansites).
She really is one of the few who hasn’t sold out. She was stuck in a 19 contract in the beginning, forced to make a movie (was part of the contract to be on Idol, all the contestants had it in the contract), and as soon as it was up, she was out of there. Now she’s managed by a trueicon, Reba McIntyre and her husband Narvel Blackstock with their Starstruck Entertainment.
Apparently, it’s all you ‘morons’ who dont ahve the slightest clue what your talking about, like many of the reviewers with their pethetic little blogs, who make up their own stories jsut to draw attention, not caring how much of it is true or not..
Sorry to burst the bubble on this blogs creator, but in spite of what the media is ahrping on, you weren’t the first to ‘leak’ the demo’s, they were stolen by, and first posted on a Brazilian fansite, who is paying the price for it. The songs first got out nearly a month, so your way behind the times. You jsut happened to get lucky and your blog made it to google alerts, so billboard picked it up. If you think that’s a good thing, in a way it is, you’ll be popular fo rthe time being, but on the other side of it, labels, management, and legal teams will be going over the blog with a fine toothed comb watching everything posted on it. You may have done yourself in on this one.

I TOTALLY agree with you, Me.

Kelly is so far from Idol.

    Kelly is a Superstar.

Although some people can’t see it, Kelly Clarkson is a Worldwide Superstar.

She’s closer to her fans than any other artist I’ve ever seen.

And that’s what makes her stand out from the crowd of Lindsay’s and Parises.

She is actually REAL and not fake like most female celebs.

She proves to the whole world that you don’t need to be wearing skimpy and slutty clothes in her music videos, have a pair of huge boobs and a fake ass (which she doesn’t need at all.she’s got a really nice ass naturally) to be very sucessful is the music world.

She’s doesn’t need a sex tape, nude pictures, or to have an drinking problem to get attention.Kelly gets it by doing what she does best.

    Being Herself!!

KELLY CLARKSON YOU ROCK AND I LOVE YOU!!!!

I love people that claim to not watch reality or like these people but they troll around looking for websites, boards, blogs, etc., to post their rants. Fans of Kelly have a life, support her, and like her music. People that don’t like Kelly but post hate (free speech is free speech) are the ones that I feel sorry for, sitting at their computers, thinking of something rotten to say to rile people up. I guess it is whatever gets your jollies off!

I am soo excited for her new album- Kelly Clarkson is so talented- her music reaches out to soo many women, We all relate Kelly.

  77. saps Says:

    kelly’s amazing.end of.

why waste your time insulting and criticising someone who’s done nothing to you, only made amazing music that others can relate to and been an amazing role model.
if u dont like her,YOUR tough luck. stop wasting your time insulting other people and go find something better to do with your time.

  78. KellyClarksonSucks Says:

The only reason the crazy Kelbots want is taken down is because it is further proof KC sucks as a songwriter, and a singer.

    The demos sound like Sh*t!

  79. Yomama Says:

I all bullsh*t. Everyone knows Aben left his directory unprotected. No one “hacked” into the server. Why don’t the radid KC fans blame Aben instead of everyone else?

  80. Photoshopped Says:

Why are you all arguing about the demos when you should be arguing about how photoshopped the above Kelly pic is above?

  81. noneofyourbusiness Says:

what’s there to argue about, except the number of days it took to complete the photoshopping

  82. peyton818 Says:

Oh merciful christ, will you’s get the fuck over it already?

The songs are down, the fact that they were ever put up is a complete and utter travesty; we get it.

Go discuss the horror of it all and Clive and Aben and Kelly’s feelings on the matter on a fan messageboard - it’s what they’re there for.

[No one actually gives a shite here.]

    :]

It’s amazing how a few songs can stir up so much controversy. I am also a huge Kelly fan and I for one am glad I was able to find these here.

[…] “One Day” and “With a Little Bit of Luck” – were posted on the music blog Pretty Much Amazing!, and their iffy sound quality reflected the fact that they’re works in progress. As of Monday […]

  85. Justpassingby Says:

So many opinions, so many comments…I can say was was amuzed by many of you guys! But now it’s time for me to give my opinion : let’s be honest people, the demos are all over the Internet and it’s not only because of this blog and yes buy the first guy to ever post them, and that will be Aben! Yeah, he was the one to first post them! A Brazilian blog found those demos in Aben’s website and thought ‘if they are here it’s because they are legal demos, right?’ and then boom the demos started to spread all over the Internet. Great story, ugh?

  86. Laura Says:

Aw :( I came to the blog just to hear the new demos and they are gone. I’m very sad *tear*. I don’t see what the big deal is about leaked demos. They just make me even more excited to buy the CD when its released!

  87. Chris Says:

Congratulations on your blog! You allow demos leaking and people calling Kelly fat and stupid by morons who have never seen her in person. Bad person.

if kelly wrote this, i love it.

  90. kelly fan Says:

thanks to “the four demos”—-my december had much better hits! just not the play time on the air!
liked kelly more when she was singing such angry songs!

  91. Kelly's# 1 fan Says:

Kelly Clarkson’s music should of never been leaked. How do we know if this is the right song? She can change it before it comes out. People might make predictions to quickly and its not fair to her. So who ever leaked her music should be ashamed.

  92. William Gallaher Says:

    Dear Sir,
As an attorney practicing copyright law in Chicago, my daughter emailed me your blog and asked, “..if this was legal?” Frankly, after taking a look, I’m surprised you were not already sent a cease and desist letter, as had I been Clarkson’s counsel, I would already have been before a judge processing an injunction to remove the link. In my unsolicited opinion, you crossed over the line of reporting and freedom of speech, into the arena of receivership of stolen property. Running an innocent blog is one thing; damage done to an artist for lost revenue is another. You seriously might want to consider removing the posted comments link as well. This one might be expensive depending on intent to harm.

Yes, you chose to ahve a blog, your responsable for it’s contents, whether you posted the content or not, it’s your blog. When you create the blog, you took on the responsability, if you don’t want that responsability, close down your blog, or as myself, and others have tried to warn you, it’s going to be a hard lesson for you in the long run. If you wish to take that chance, that’s your choice, you’ll ahve no one to blame but yourself.

  94. Adam Says:

hmmm… reality check. no one cares about these demos.

theyve been up for over a week and nothing big and bad happened to anyone…

  95. oldguyKellyfan Says:

Seems much ado about demos… Lots of free hype and pub for a yet to be released album. Might be testing the waters? Wonder how much all the free buzz is worth?

Blah blah blah “free advertising”..blah blah blah “oh my … they were stolen” blah blah blah “laughing all the way to the bank”

  96. Ivana Says:

Too bad,I never got the chance to hear “With A Little Bit Of Luck”…

  97. superman Says:

never leak her songs.the people who were involved were the enemy of music

  98. Kellyfan Says:

I’m pumped for her next album after My December left me a little disappointed. But after listening to these demos while i know they’re just demos they aren’t really what i was hoping for. I do agree that “With A Little Bit of Luck” has potential but its still not as good as some of the hits from Breakaway. She needs songs that show off that big voice of hers and have that hooking melody that make you want to listen to it over and over and these demos are just soft and mellow not something you hear and immediately gets stuck in your head. With that said hopefully this leak will give her some good feed back from her fans and once the final album is done im sure it will kick ass.

  99. Somebody Says:

While I do agree it was a total invasion of Kelly’s privacy and these songs should not have been hacked in to, I am most definitley enjoying them and can’t wait for the new album! It’s a nice preview, although these were just demos.
