Coldplay have once again struck gold with their fourth album, Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends, it has displayed great lasting power in the global chart, topping the chart four weeks in a row with sales exceeding 3,400,000 — easily making it the No. 1 album of 2008, so far. No doubt, Chris Martin is feeling pretty high and mighty right now and being the generous guy that he is, as a thank you, the band offered a new song “Death Will Never Conquer” to their millions of fans, that wasn’t included in Viva La Vida…
Coldplay - Death Will Never Conquer (SaveFile)
This song reminds me a lot of the “Interlude” and “Exitlude” of The Killers’ criminally underrated Sam’s Town. This piano-driven, little song definitely feels like an album closer.
PS: New look. You Like?
I totally agree with you. It reminds me of an exitlude too.
BTW, thanks for letting me know about this track.
Slick, pma. real slick.
Thanks for everything. I’m constantly on this blog.
the blog looks great!
this track is so lame…
im like it wasnt on the album..
and yeah, the look is great
This song’s lyrics have a sort of gospel feel to them. It’s a great song.
Don’t care for the song. Love the new PMA
Criminally underrated is right! Hopefully some day Sam’s Town will get the recognition it deserves.
