I never quite understood the whole Santogold being the next M.I.A. stuff. If anyone paid any attention to her S/T album beyond “Creator,” they would see Santi White offers more than just M.I.A.-esque birdcalls. That being said, this Santo-pragasam collab is is just RIDICULOUS. The chicks teamed up with Radioclit and Gorilla Zoe to create the monster that is “Get It Up” (which made its way to Top Ranking [buy it!]). Listen below, satisfaction guaranteed.

this track is so sick! im obsessed with it right now. i love how street fighter is in the intro. ps/ i never even heard of the santogold m.i.a resemblance until this post. kinda sound similar but 2 way different styles. all in all, amazing track. gorilla zoe killed it.
