When Did Modest Mouse Cover The Killers?
I guess I’m getting rusty… I was cruising around the Hype Machine looking for some tunes when I found an excellent cover of The Killers’ “Somebody Told Me” by everyones favorite drunken band Modest Mouse. The only blog that the Hype Machine has record of ever posting this cover is Berkeley’s Place — a blog I’ve been known to download some fantastic covers from. So I guess you can say this is a pretty rare cover.
It was first posted in April of 2007, with absolutely no information on the cover at all. Oh well.
