Kings of Leon
So Kings of Leon has posted a new song up on their Myspace page– in case you didn’t already see the blog storm it has caused in a little over 24 hours. “Sex on Fire” is a helluva lot different than anything we heard on Because of the Times and it really did it for me, in terms of putting their September 23rd release Only By The Night on my anticipation list. “Crawl” really didn’t do that for me.

both songs are good but i’m sure the new album will be nothing short of amazing
lame!!!! i miss the old kings of leon… they totally gave up their raw, american, rootsy sound for a lame indie u2 wannabe sound. i used to hear a nice mixture of creativity and respect for the traditions of american music, but their new stuff doesn’t give me that rock and roll feel i know and love. one more for the Juno sect.. i await the return of the original kings
