This new Spoon track was unveiled at the Pitchfork Music Fest, earlier this year. Wasn’t the P4K fest ages ago (late July)? Why did it take THIS long for a live rip to surface? Anyway, it is hard to make a conclusive verdict on low quality, live recordings because many different factors can take away from the experience. But from what I can take in, this recording shows great promise for a new record. If anything, this would be a great Daytrotter session.
