For a shoe company, Converse is pretty damn good at pairing artists together. Toronto-based progressive jazz collective BadBadNotGood have worked in the realm of hip hop before (teaming up with artists such as Danny Brown and Ghostface Killah), but boy do they bring it in their collaboration with Detroit-based rapper Black Milk, which will appear on CONS EP Vol. 2. "Now or Never" is a beast of a hip hop song, and inordinately grimy, thanks to the immaculate production and Black Milk's ominous delivery. I can't believe they're just giving this song away. See below; CONS EP Vol. 2 drops later this year and will feature contributions from Rustie, Flatbush Zombies, Vince Staples, and more.
