Norwegian folk-rock purveyor extraordinaire Sondre Lerche has been prepping his sixth full record in Brooklyn for a little while now – the self-titled LP will be the followup to his well-received 2009 release Heartbeat Radio. First offering is “Domino,” a song that sounds like building an endless Rube Goldberg machine of its title. It’s built simply, but it manages to be incredibly considered at the same time. It’ll lead you in loops from section to section, everything works against and for each other at the same time. Complex and beautiful. Check it out while you wait for the record to drop on June 7 via Monna Records.
UPDATE: Sondre Lerche's Soundcloud page is no longer allowing people to download the track. Sorry, folks.
