The people that run , the first major music festival of the year, in the traditional sense, are doing something different this year: they’re having it twice. With a killer line-up that is sure to set the tone for all other music festivals in 2012 (see: Bonnaroo’s nearly identical line-up), music fans now have two times the chance of scoring tickets for the typically sold-out desert party. As part of our Music Festival Preview, we’ve made you a mix of some of our must-see bands at 2012, including Saturday night’s rock god headliners Radiohead, astral French shoegaze luminaries M83 and the inimitable and unmissable Neutral Milk Hotel frontman Jeff Mangum.

TRUST TRST

TRST is a record that evokes cigarette butts and broken lightbulbs and well-worn 80s linoleum dancefloors. It’s pop with a bite (that’ll leave punctured teeth marks), it’s dance music to pump the veins of dead-eyed Goths.
