this is a great album. it’s got more rawness to it and the energy level is a little higher than Broken Boy Soldiers. to be honest i was slightly underwhelmed with Icky Thump, but this is pure kick ass!

I think this one’s a little blues-y-er (for lack of a better description) than the first. Obviously they have never heard of the infamous second-album slump =)

I’ve listened through it like 5-6 times in two days and it definatly grows. I keep discovering things is songs that I thought were pretty medicore.
