Tonight the future Idols’ performed a song that best inspires them. Michael Johns started off the show with “Dream On” by Aerosmith. It was good, but I don’t think it was quite as good as the other contestants. Syesha Mercado did OK – but seriously. Nobody can quite cover Fantasia good, other than Fantasia. Jason Castro did AWESOME this week! Kristy Lee Cook did quite well this week, I must admit. David Cook and Carly Smithson didn’t sing as good as they usually could, and their performances were terrible. David Archuleta was really good this week. Brooke White wasn’t really original, but it was fun and loving.
