Vampire Weekend’s bassist Chris Baio was a college radio DJ before he was playing huge stages all over the world, and earlier this summer he channelled his skill on the tables into an EP of dance jams called Sunburn. Here are two more  slow-burning, percolating tracks courtesy Baio and his label Greco-Roman, “The Silent” and “New You.” We’re digging both tracks’ shifty, moonlit Ibiza vibe, what with shuffling, clattering percussion, quicksilvery, unfurling synth patterns, and distant, thumping bass. Check them out, and put both songs on your end-of-summer party playlist ASAP.
