We apologize to Luis who is being used as a childish battlegrounds here, but as to the supposed ‘fraudulent accounts’ – I believe it was our good friend Thomas Jefferson who said “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent”– We and our supporters know tyranny when we see it, and we refuse to stay silent. It’s unfortunate that hype machine mistook our bandname as promotional, but I suppose they have a job to do. We’ve had nothing but bad experiences with their organization and we hope that the blogging world soon realizes that the hype machine is abusing blogs by posting their tracks without making their viewers actually visit the blogs where the song was posted. As some commenters mentioned, elbo.ws is clearly a much fairer system. I apologize again to all who had to deal with this, but that is the way we see things and we will not be made a fool of by some self-righteous music aggregating website. o and merry christmas.

1) We don’t allow people to put URLs or other forms of advertising in the ID3 data of the songs they post, this is why this was edited
2) Our records indicate that the popsense team has been making fraudulent accounts to boost the ranks of this track in our system, so keep that in mind, and

Both covers are great but I think hype machine is f*****g with one of them –

The ‘go to popsense’ one is one of the top most favorited posts on the site, yet they’re not listing a band name, just the track? I guess it’s not like a popular band, but can they do that?
