Calvin Harris’ new single, “I’m Not Alone” is truly fantastic! He’s really stepping away from his “Acceptible int he 80′s” on this album, and showing everyone that he can do more than what he’s already put out there. His last album was full of sweet, bubble gum dance grooves that put him on the map high enough to be able to drop stuff like this, and not be labeled a wannabe Tiesto or something 14 year old myspace boppers would be into (Basshunter). I’m sort of hoping that is the case with Sam Sparro.

This is a legit dance tune, albeit a lot different than his previous funky disco, but this is a song that anyone can get into. You don’t have to be an American Apparel’d hipster drunk out of your mind to get into this Calvin Harris track. Listen to it for yourself.

This song is really cool! I love how it starts so chill and then quickly moves into a synth driven dance beat. Thanks for the tip!
