Community‘s Donald Glover has just released a five-track EP under his nom de rap is , and it’s really impressive; and not just for a TV actor/writer (sidebar: did anyone ever say that of Drake?). If Gambino’s Grizzly Bear and Adele remixes haven’t won you over yet, listen to the young rapper go at it on original, gimmick-free beats. Check out the EP below:

I kinda dig it…surprisingly poppy, but not bad. The production is actually pretty good, his lyrics as well. Funny, but kinda referential and pretty serious in some parts. A mixed bag, but pretty good….
