Dublin quartet the Cranberries probably soundtracked the college radio of your childhood, so you can probably get pretty excited about their upcoming reunion and resultant long-awaited sixth studio LP, Roses – it’s their first new release in ten years.
First single “Show Me the Way” isn’t much of a departure from the sound that made the band famous, which isn’t a bad thing – big drums, atmospheric guitars, lilting strings all weave a platform for Dolores O’Riordan’s singular, emotive powerhouse of a voice. Check it out.
