It’s been a minute since Brazilian dance rockers CSS first came out with the smash anthem “Music Is My Hot Hot Sex” from their 2005 debut Cansei De Ser Sexy. The ensemble has just revealed that they are dropping their third full length La Liberacion – comes out August 22nd via Cooperative/Downtown – and have just released first single “Hits Me Like A Rock.”
The track is evocative of their earlier tunes, indicating that the band hasn’t lost their affection for tropical synth pop, and that lead singer Lovefoxxx still prefers to write songs about love and lust.
