Couple of things…

1. love the comment battles right now
2. It was not for hits. Mason and I had a long discussion on the relevance of Hype Machine and how people are destroying its purpose. He decided to make a “song” and I decided to post it to prove that point. That’s all their is to it. If I wanted hits that desperately I would just post every big named remix that came into my inbox, but I don’t.

To be honest, Hot Biscuits isn’t “one of the biggest blogs around” and Luis’ intentions were sincere (“We can all make fun of ourselves right?”). There is nothing wrong with trying to keep a message or joke going. I’m sure you’ve repeated a funny joke to your friends before. I’m sure they respect you no less for it.
