Dream Cop is Tommy Davidson, the latest tape musician to find himself on my radar. While we haven’t been crazy about listening to this type of stuff for prolonged periods of time (read: Neon Indian, Washed Out), we do enjoy a warm, fuzzy track (read: Neon Indian, Washed Out), and that is exactly what “Basement Tapes” is.
