From Queens, New York comes Freelance Whales, a young band, even in blogospherical terms. The band formed in late 2008 and has since crafted wonderful, arresting pop songs.
Biovular twins, “Generator ^ First Floor” and “Generator ^ Second Floor” come from a place of freedom. A place where 5 friends can make music with any instrument possible. Freelance Whales favor the harmonium, banjo, glockenspiel, synthesizers, guitars, bass, drums and waterphone.
Freelance Whales rode in with high energy and released their full length debut, Weathervanes, in late August 2009. I have yet to hear the album, but these two tracks come highly recommended.

but the band sounds great!
Hm. “send me an mail” – do you see my mail posted somewhere? I was talking to Luis. And yes, people can buy it if they like it. I always do that after finding albums I like.
Or they can buy it.
