So last week, the 50th Annual GRAMMY Nominees were announced in the wee hours of the morning in Hollywood. The GRAMMYs will air Sunday, February 2007 on CBS. I am not always a big fan of their nomination choices but I am usually a faithful GRAMMY fanboy. It’s always a huge production, the GRAMMYs usually don’t disappoint me, great performances and appearances, nice speeches, some unusual twists, occasional drama, what’s not to love? Anyway, below are the nominees for some of the major categories. I like to play “Rock The GRAMMYs” and pretend my opinion matters to the Academy so I put a little extra emphasis on those who I think should/will walk away with the golden gramophone.
