Andy Butler and his eclectic crew, Hercules & Love Affair are finally getting a US release of their sophomore album Blue Songs. Although the UK was lucky enough to get their paws on physical and digital copies back in January, we here Stateside will get a bonus treat for our wait, as the group will also release a second disc of bonus tracks and remixes (including a cover of the xx’s “Shelter”).

Blue Songs has a slightly different feel than its debut predecessor — overall it’s still rich in that mysterious kook-hotness that we’ve all come to know and love from them. So the album is definitely worth a peep and a buy. You can read more on it on our review.

Hercules & Love Affair also announced their US tour dates  – as they will be a part of the travelling Identity Festival, beginning August 18 while their album will drop August 16.
