I’m absolutely loving this influx of new jj material we’ve been getting lately. On this 5-minute medley jj whipped up for Swedish Radio, the kids sing over fellow lowercase-loving band, the xx and their “Intro”. as well as continue to show their appreciation of questionable (at best) hip-hop with Akon, Rick Ross and The-Dream samples. Check it out below:

In other news, it has been announced that jj have been signed to Secretly Canadian (Yeasayer, Music Go Music, Antony & the Johnsons) and will release jj nº 3 on March 9th in the US.

Well I’ll also disagree with Ethan, Jj have pretty calm soothing vocals, just look at songs ‘Ectacy’ and ‘My Love’ for example. They are obviously a very talented group. I did not, however, like the way this mp3 starts (maybe it was the song choice) but they surely make up for it when they get to The Xx. Definitely worth posting
