Last week, hip-hop loving Swedish dream pop outfit jj announced a brand new mixtape, Kills and as promised, the tape has arrived on Christmas Eve. As if they heard the call of their fans, jj have delivered a mixtape full of hip-hop oriented samples and covers. With the ease and grace found on their last two albums, Joakim Benon and Elin Kastlander tackle the esteemed works of Biggie, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, Kanye West and M.I.A. (among others) on Kills.
