Kanye West, Talib Kweli and Consequence rap over a scintillating Q-Tip beat on “Chain Heavy,” the newest G.O.O.D. Friday cut. It’s absence on Ye’s new LP, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is questionable to say the least; though it definitely is not the only G.O.O.D.
