Don’t you just love Musical Math?

Kylie Minogue – Boombox (LA Riots Remix)

Here are a couple of great remixes for you today, no matter how lovey-dovey this weekend is supposed to be. Oh, and let me plug this in first: check out my Valentines Day-themed pmaCAST. Posted it yesterday instead of Sunday (today) to coincide with the marvelous faux-holiday. But I digress… Kyle Minogue’s “Boombox” is probably the most enjoyable party track there is, and when LA Riots do their thing, the pleasure levels escalate. This one is club/party ready and guaranteed to kick people into dance-gear. Do any of you hear any Basement Jaxx in this? It’s quite marvelous. This remix appears on Kylie’s remix album, Boombox. I recommend it.

Don Diablo – Like A Pro

I haven’t shared the PMA love with Don Diablo before, so I’m taking the opportunity to do so now. His newest offering “Like A Pro” is a monster of a disco gem. Pump your speakers up for this one (though, with that Kylie remix they should be up already!) and get ready to rock out and begin your weekend early. Watch out for Diablo’s Too Cool For School EP — it’s out real soon.

Spoon – Well-Alright “Well-Alright” sounds like classic, old school Spoon, with it’s thumpin’, toe-tappin’ bassline and Britt Daniel’s jerky vocal delivery. This easily makes it one of Dark Was The…
