On “Alejandro,” Lady GaGa finds herself in a toxic love square with a boy named, well, Alejandro… as well as Fernando and Roberto — but mostly Alejandro, as his name graces the annoyingly catchy “Ale-Ale-jandro” hook.
A few seconds into the track, it becomes quite apparent that Lady GaGa is channeling herself some “La Isla Bonita.” In fact, the similarity between the two tracks is almost as obvious as Madonna’s “Revolver” to Britney’s “Radar.”
Giving a graceful tip of the hat to career idols isn’t anything knew, and right now, it is not unwelcome. I, for one, don’t mind an “La Isla Bonita” 2009. And this might be a bold statement, but club-bangers aside, “Alejandro” easily trumps most of Lady GaGa’s senseless fluff numbers on The Fame. Listen to the new track after the jump.
“Alejandro” will appear on The Fame: Monster, and 8 track mini-album that will be sold along with GaGa’s released debut, The Fame. The Fame: Monster will be released on November 24th.

It’s a mix of ace of base, isla bonita, and abba. Lady Gaga is awesomeness embodied. I love all her music. I get a different feeling with all her songs which is why I never get bored with her.

The song is about her love affair with the diablo yea u know satan..lucifer the devil…watch the video and pay attention to the nazi germany uniforms and the star of david that the dancers hold up in the background and finally the icing on the cake look at all the upside down crosses in the video including the huge one on her body that goes into her snatch. I guess its for shock value tho right as if shes not shocking enough. Open your eyes people its not just music, it never has been. Music speaks to your soul…maybe its time to start paying attentioAn
Hey Larry, I watched very carefully today the video, but had previously noticed the red cross, upside down, on her ‘flower’ or snatch as you call it!

this video is not in any way about her being “heart broken” . she said herself that the song AND video are about her fear of sex and her saying goodbye to all her past lovers . hence “don’t call my name , i’m not your babe.”
Lady GaGa is not gay she has said , numerously , that she is bisexual , however her attraction towards females is only physical , meaning she can’t ever imagine herself falling in love with a woman only a man .
