This probably made my Christmas.

No, it really did.

Lily Allen is probably my favorite British girl vocalist at the moment, and listening to her acoustic rendition of Britney’s “Womanizer” is just magical.

Don’t know if this will work or not… but

SPREAD THE WORD: Pretty Much Amazing is calling out bands everywhere (especially ones who email me wanting their material on this blog), COVER “WOMANIZER” AND GET PMA-EXPOSURE.

Hopefully some people will email me with their covers, but until then, Listen to Lily Allen and Ladyhawk tackle “Womanizer”

I heard this earlier today and loved it! Totally owns the original.

Ha, Half Note, you’re crazy. Womanizer is meant to be an electro-pop song. It just sounds silly acoustic.

Lol, I would totally love to see this ploy actually work!

PS: Love the covers. Sort of like when Katy Perry did “Electric Feel” — its a nice listen, but you can’t change a song TOO much.

Aww I love Lily for this! When I read that it was an acoustic cover, I thought it was going to be boring — this was NOT boring!
