I’ve been sitting on LOL Boys and “Arabesque” for quite a while. The LA-based electro whiz kids already have a slew of well-received remixes to their name — one which became quite popular around here. Now, “Arabesque” doesn’t have a big name, like Vampire Weekend, to draw in listeners, but it’s just as deserving, if not more.
The song is a 5 minute-plus sugar high. The track builds for 2 minutes before a sure-fire disco diva chimes in with “someone is waiting for you”, and the song only takes off from there. “Arabesque” is a must-listen for anyone who hopes to have a glimpse of fun on the dance floor this summer.

Luis, long time follower, first time commenter. Thanks for all the music you’ve helped me discover, like this one. You’re PMA.
I’ve just found out about LOL Boys through your website and I gotta say that they are definitely growing on me. Once I got past the dreadful name, I found that these LA based producers have some talent hidden in those electro infused brains. They have a ton of remixes (make sure to listen to the Passion Pit – Sleepyhead mix) that can be downloaded here http://bytesland.com search if you are interested. As far as the song Arabesque is concerned I may say that it’s a great disco track that would get anyone out on the floor to shake their bodies. lol
