Minneapolis’ “it-band” Lookbook is burning up the blogs and bars with their nu-Yeah Yeah Yeahs styled tunes like “Yesterday’s Company”. On lead vocals is Maggie Morrison, who grabs the track by its reigns with such magnetism and skill, not unlike Karen O when she approaches Synth Queendom.

Lookbook’s debut album, Wild at Heart was released on February 23rd on Listening Party Records. You can purchase the 1st Edition LP, which is limited to 500 copies, for $14. You can also download the entire album, which is being sold on a name-your-price basis. Buy and/or stream the entire album at Listening Party’s website, and download “Yesterday’s Company” for free, below:
