Is this Photo Racist?
Last night Beyonce broke the record she shared with Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse and Alison Kraus for most GRAMMYs won by a female in a single night. On last night’s GRAMMY Awards, Beyonce took six awards (the previous record being five) including Song of the Year for “Single Ladies”.
In honor of this event, Diplo and Switch’s Major Lazer covered Beyonce’s “Halo”, which won Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and was nominated for Record of the Year.
This one goes up there with the Big Pink’s cover of Bey’s “Sweet Dreams”. Download the MP3 below:

@pmablog Yeah. Going to see them in SF at Mezzanine in April with Miike Snow/Rusko. I think this has to do more with the source material?
@gaston213 i like it. it’s a fresh an original take on a Ryan Tedder’s tired take on the pop song (Bleeding Love, Already Gone, Halo).
