Electro pop sensation, producer/writer Peter Wade and vocalist Amanda Warner a.k.a. MNDR made their way into the spotlight last year after releasing some amiable singles, the E.P.E. EP, and after Palmer sang the chorus on Mark Ronson’s “Bang Bang Bang.” They’re sure to have big plans for 2011, having just released new track “Cut Me Out” for free via Mountain Dew’s Green Label Sound.
Similar to Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own,” “Cut Me Out” has that grainy textural feel to it, with blazing electro pop riffs and ominous bass lines highlighted by Palmer’s ecstatic vocals. The duo will be touring with Chromeo this year, and are said to be dropping their debut full length. Let’s hope so.

Nice one. But not Amanda Palmer, though.
