Self made Mississippi rapper Big K.R.I.T. pretty much does it all, he raps, he produces and writes all of his own music. On his PMA approved debut album, K.R.I.T. Wuz Here, the rapper gave the word independent a new meaning, doing it all without help from a record label or DJ sponsor. His latest track, another self made gem, “Big Foot,” K.R.I.T. continues to redefine the Southern hip hop genre, rapping very much in the style of the late Pimp C from UGK. With self-made beat frenzied production, “Big Foot” showcases K.R.I.T.’s formidable songwriting abilities, particularly due to the insatiable chorus. “Big Foot” was premiered on Ashley Outrageous’ second playlist-mixtape, which you can download for free.
