I’m a bit mad. Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire was going to be my rapper name. Anyway, the other Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire — who, as the ‘fork points out, sounds a hell of a lot like Method Man — has dropped an eccentric collection of songs with his Lost In Translation mixtape, featuring album highlight, the let’s get shitfaced anthem, “Huzzah!”
The mixtape also features a remixed edition of the track dubbed “The Last Huzzah”, which features verses from Despot, Danny Brown, El-P (who also produces a few tracks on the album), and rap oddities Das Racist.
There’s now a corresponding video for the remix which actually isn’t nearly as raunchy as the original. There’s also a great Dave Chappelle reference at the beginning of the clip that is sure to make any fan of his smile: “Breast milk, you made my day…”
