New Coldplay & Kylie Minogue Luhna listen

A few weeks before Viva La Vida was released, rumors of a Coldplay and Kylie Minogue collaboration sprouted up. Nearly 6 months later, we are finally hearing the fruits of their labors. “Luhna,” their duet, is a subtle, dark ballad that would have fit perfectly in Viva… if not Prospekt’s March. If “Luhna” were included in March, it probably would have influenced our score a bit.

Take a listen to “Luhna” after the jump!

  1. This is definitely a different voice that we’re…I mean that I’m hearing currently.
I’m not a fan of it, but it is different.
It’s like a ’sullied repenting for our sins’ sound.

I’m all for free music… but THIS track is a charity download for the RedWire Project….. isn’t this kind of low?? You should donate $5 (the RedWire membership fee – which goes to saving lives and all) for every person that downloads.

  3. Two great imports coming together!

Yeah, well Redwire “is currently not available in your country” (Australia). So what do you suggest, Evan?

  5. you can download it here still: http://www.zshare.net/download/52136146f70d9164/

(and it’s cute that this is a charity single.)

Oh I’m SO sorry Nick – Excuse me for trying to do some good in the world. Maybe you should call your country’s darling pop princess and have her do something about it. Not my problem – I guess Peter has the answer for you.

Hey Evan, I’ve got no problem with the charity angle, I was just frustrated by the stupidity of whole situation. I was willing to sign up to get it but it turned out that even if I wanted to, apparently I’m not allowed to.
