New Coldplay – Life In Technicolor II

Earlier this year, when I first heard Coldplay’s Viva La Vida… Or Death and All His Friends, I wished for the band to give the intrumental track, “Life In Technicolor,” lyrics. I was pretty happy/surprised when I found out that Coldplay were recording a “Life In Technicolor” sequel, lyrics and all!Â
After listening to Prospekt’s March in it’s entirety, I’m pretty convinced that “Life In Technicolor II” is my favorite out of the handful of “previously unreleased” tracks. I still can’t figure why; is it the great melodies? The sweet intrumentation? Or maybe Chris Martin’s solid delivery? Who knows?

I think I still prefer the instrumental. Great song regardless.
I think that this version beats the intrumental by a slight margin. Both are fantastic either way
This is re best song fromthe EP? Lame.. I was hoping for some songs like Violet Hill or Viva La Vida.
I really like this song, but it’s not as good as Prospekts March

Hmm .. I was pretty excited when I read about this. It didn’t disappoint but it definitely didnt strike me as a huge improvement to the instrumental version either.
