I’ve got a treat for you. Whether you love it or hate it, take a listen to some new and let the PMA world know what you think.

Me, I like it. I was a huge fan, loving the audacity, catchiness, and ultimate scope of the record. This sounds like a decent track from Idiot, almost a wannabe “Jesus of Suburbia.” It’s not a bad song, I just feel like it doesn’t reach the epicness or greatness that it’s trying to achieve. Take a listen for yourself.

The first half is pretty horrible. The second half gets a little better.

I’m not really a Green Day fan, never been one either. Actually, I think they blow. This is no exception, I don’t think I’ll ever be a fan of Green Day.

I love the new track. It’s not purely “American Idiot, Part II”, but still has some bite. Sounds like they took some of the style from Foxboro Hot Tubs and applied it here.

x-hours later: I’m coming around. It’s green day! i will always have a soft spot for them.

PS: Michael, I’m guessing this is the album version (albeit poor quality) because if the album is out in May, right now would be time to release the first single..

Verdict? Very American Idiot. I hope the rest of the album is a lot different to this track, or even A.I. as a whole or I’ll be disappointed…
