The Kaiser Chiefs premiered “Never Miss a Beat” — off their new Off With Their Heads – on BBC’s Radio 1 and I’ve got the radio rip for you. For a year now, the Kaiser Chiefs have been playing “Never Miss a Beat” live, establishing it as a crowd favorite. With this first single, the KCs are definitely trying to shake off that ‘pop’ stigma that has followed/haunted them throughout their career.
Wait! There’s more… it seems that the album/single version of this song will be a bit more Mark Ronson-esque. Apparently, “Never Miss a Beat” will be released as a single, officially, on October 6th (available on CD b/w and 7″ vinyl b/w through B-Unique / Polydor), and the official single will feature backing vocals by Lily Allen and New York Pony Club.
