THE GOOD: Daft Punk – Around the World (Villains’ More Cowbell DJ Edit) [YSI]
- What can I say? I love my some Daft Punk and some cowbells. Put them together and you a flaming track with an amazing build up and an explosive climax. Definitely one of the best reworkings of ‘Around The World’ out there.
THE BAD: Peter Bjorn & John – Let’s Call It Off (Girl Talk Remix) [YSI]
- I had a little chat with a friend of mine over this remix, and he thought I was a freak for thinking it wasn’t anything more than below average. Maybe the fact that I’ve never really warmed up to ‘Lets Call It Off’ in the first place, but that utterly annoying twinkle noise crawls under my skin like a bad case of crank bugs. THE FREAKY: Snoop Dogg – Sexual Eruption [YSI]
- If the song’s title wasn’t warning enough to steer clear from Snoop’s new single, maybe this will. SNOOP IS GETTING HIS T-PAIN ON. This is not only everything that is wrong with the world, but it has a equally freaky video to go with it. Fucking hell!
