Then why litter the web with three of his songs? I’ve never understood why so many bloggers post material by artists they do not like. If you’re going to be a music critic, use your blog as a journalistic platform. If you’re going to be an MP3 blog and give away free music (with or without the consent of the artists, publicists, etc.), then use your blog as a means for promotion. You’re not going to find many promoters out there who slander their own clients. It makes no sense to talk s**t about an artist then share his music. Unless, of course, you’re doing it just for the traffic, which is abundantly apparent in this case (and in many cases on this site).

You don’t have to post every single song you stumble upon in order to gain an audience. You’re becoming a blatant traffic whore. Set some standards or something. Quality over quantity and such.
