“Break The Ice†is the third single from her critically-acclaimed album Blackout, which has sold in access of 2 million copies worldwide. The highly-anticipated video to “Break The Ice†was directed by Robert Hales (Gnarls Barkley “Crazy). The fully animated video was created in South Korea in anime/Japanimation style.
BlackoutBall.com is a special site built to celebrate the video premiere, acting as a virtual black tie party. Those who enter the site prior to 6:30 PM EST will find a chatroom where they can mingle with fellow partygoers in a cyber cocktail party while awaiting the premiere of “Break The Ice.â€
Well isn’t that cute? Ms. Media Karma is actually doing some promotion for her next single… sorta… lets look at the facts.
1. She is not going to miTRL (or whatever the fuck MTV has nowadays) to promote the video
2. She is not even in the video… hello, it looks like a crappy episode of Pokemon.
3. She is actually trying to break into TV. Apparently she is guest staring on an episode of “How I Met Your Mother” instead of… oh I dunno, touring, making appearances (that benefit her musical career), etc.
Either way, I love the song and I will most likely enjoy the video.

The first two singles from “Blackout” — “Gimme More” and “Piece of Me” — peaked at Nos. 17 and 28, respectively. ***Since Spears made her chart debut in October 1998, no other woman has had as many CHR/Top 40 hits.**
I dunno, but hadn’t Jive planned to make an animated BOMT video, but then Britney came up with the school girl thing, so they changed it b/c Brit also didn’t like the cartoon idea? So why should she like a BTI animation? Otherwise, if the animation is really good, it might be a success like the Gorillaz had with their animated vids…although I prefer the real!brit!
Um, what are the two “secret” words? I hover over the red text and I’m sure one of them is “Victory”… but I’m missing the second. This is so pointless.
