Noah Lennox has been promoting his forthcoming Tomboy LP, the successor to 2007’s universally received Person Pitch, since last year when he released four separate 7-inch singles via four separate labels, which including tracks like “Slow Motion,” “Drone,” and “Last Night At The Jetty.” Last month, Lennox aka Panda Bear has confirmed that these tracks would be reworked and produced by Sonic Boom (who most recently worked on MGMT’s Congratulations) before appearing on Tomboy. “Last Night At The Jetty” — which has now been re-released to give a glimpse of Boom’s handwork — maintains the lush harmonies of the 7” cut, but sounds clearer and more refined.
