Animal Collective have lent their (sometimes shoddy) remixing skills to “Welt Am Draht”, a personal favorite of mine from Pantha Du Prince‘s excellent Black Noise LP. Those skeptics who worry that Animal Collective will deliver a jerry-built remix have no reason to. In fact, Animal Collective paid “Welt Am Draht” the same painstaking attention to and scrutiny of detail they paid the tracks within their Fall Be Kind EP. You can listen to the final product below:

Please stop using your tumblr to post links. For some reason the player doesn’t play for me. and it has been making following this blog very difficult. It seems that the default webplayer for tumblr works for me but not your version. Thanks.
