pmaCAST #16, better known as the PMA Summer Playlist, was ridiculously long and overwhelmingly popular. It was 120mb of summer fun and was downloaded over 4400 times so far, making it the most downloaded episode of the pmaCAST. This 17th episode of the podcast is an extension to the Summer Playlist, in honor of the Senate passing the $2 Billion Extension for the “Cash For Clunkers” Program. Ok, that’s not true. But please get your hunk of junk off our roads. :)

Anyway, this new podcast was somewhat inspired by a True Blood season 1 marathon and is made up of a mix of current and old favorites. Hopefully you’ll discover or rediscover something here.

Really enjoyed a lot of these songs!

You should add some written commentary on why you picked the songs.

Love “True Blood” too.

Nice playlist, though I think My Boy Builds Coffins or Howl by Florence + The Machine would have fit in perfectly!

Nice to see Marina and Miike Snow getting some love though. And Tigerlily is my favourite track off the La Roux album… such a shame they won’t be making it a single.

I play Marina & the Diamonds read the Sookie Stackhouse books! How exciting that someone else makes the connection, too. :)

please don’t keep the podcast at the top of the page! it makes it harder to see when there are new posts.
