Proving Electronic Music Makes You Happy (vol. 1) mp3

Happiness is just a chemical balance somewhere in your brain, right? Right. Well I am completely convinced that Electronica creates a chemical imbalance in your brain, causing extreme happiness — a state of ecstasy even. This new series is closely related to my “Proving That Pop-Punk Makes You Happy” series, if you fail to see that, well frankly, you’re an idiot.

My mission here is to prove to you — via massive amounts of MP3s — that Electronica indeed makes you happy. Here are the first set of MP3s, many will follow before I rest my case.

MP3 | Shiny Toy Guns – You Are The One
MP3 | Daft Punk – One More Time
MP3 | Peaches – Boys Wanna Be Her (Who Made Who Remix)
MP3 | Boards Of Canada – Dayvan Cowboy
MP3 | The Killers – Mr. Brightside (Thin White Duke Mix)
MP3 | Air – Cherry Blossom Girl
MP3 | Massive Attack – Teardrop
MP3 | !!! – Must Be The Moon
MP3 | The Prodigy – Android
MP3 | The Rapture – Who! Alright-Yeah (Goonies Remix)

1) great mix
2) you should include some zero 7 and cinematic orchestra in your next post
3) please please please do not call this ‘electronica’ as it is a horribly bland term for this music.. electronic music (or whatever else you want to call it) would be much better

My thoughts exactly Jared, after I posted this I was like… “why did I say electronica” I was going to change it but I decided to sleep on it…
the morning after.. I still think I used the wrong word. So maybe I should go with Electronic.. I will decide later. time for studying/work!

This is a great remix. Love every song — even the goonies remix. its pretty good. I can do without the voice overs from the movie though, other than that its fantastic!

Using free methods of gaining a listening audience adding to the next level a paying audience is fun until you learn that 1 Hit on the radio is all people want from their artists and the only problem with electronica is finding out when and where the best songs are being played, …clubs, raves, radio, students i-pods, etc.
