Cloverfield (2008) was a really great movie too, first movie ever(?) to make you feel like you’re really a part of the movie. The Fall was also great, Visuals > Story. Anyway nice lists.

@11 – there’s a difference between “catchy” and songs that “bleed into your head.” those bleed into your head until you want to punch yourself. catchy songs are in my favorites

Nice lists, but i definitely disagree with a lot of your least favorites (“See You Again,” “Womanizer,” Katy Perry’s singles). Overplayed? Maybe. But they’re so catchy–how could you not like them!?

charlie bartlett was adorable and i made the fall my #1 ’cause i honestly don’t think any movie will ever be that beautiful without visual effects ever again. cinematically dark knight and other things were better, but oh well i changed the lists a billion times.

Actually Rolling Stone isn’t a good qualifying magazine… it’s bull shit and most of the times recommends bad stuff. Their reviews are shit. I stopped reading that magazine since like 2 years ago

thanks this list took me forever to compile. and @2 – i know i don’t have lots of the things other bloggers have (tv on the radio, britney spears, etc.) , but i did that on purpose so my list wouldn’t be like everyone else’s. it would be silly if me & luis had the same things!
