It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from André Allen Anjos, also known as RAC or Remix Artist Collective. If I’m not mistaking, the last we’ve heard from him here on PMA, he had remixed Lady GaGa’s “Just Dance” (quite fantastically, too!) — that was in September. A RAC remix has been long, long overdue.

Here we have RAC transforming Robyn’s erratic “Cobrastyle” into a trimmed, mellow, kick-back mix with swagger to spare. Apparently this remix premiered on some FOX promo — oh and Anjos is telling me that Rick Ross is about to put some vocals on this mix. Weird, I thought his career was dead.

Anyway, Anjos also wants me to tell everyone that he’s been working on remixes for Kings of Leon, Ra Ra Riot, Mates of State, and others, and that we should get to hear them soon. But for now, listen to his remix of “Cobrastyle” —
