This may be the first time a couple of bffs, who demanded a lot of online-attention, didn’t annoy the hell out of me. These two bffs actually make me incredibly chipper. It’s this frentic, get-crazy music that Rye Rye and M.I.A. were made to do! Straight crack from Blaqstarr on the production too. What a fantastic and fresh surprise.
Oh and this sidenote is a little annoying, but I can’t resist: doesn’t this song remind you of Slumdog Millionaire?
$100 iTunes giftcard goes to the person who comes up with the perfect Slumdog scene for “Bang” to score.* I guess you have to listen to it first.

right towards the end of the movie when salim helps latika to escape and then prepares himself for the consequences by getting in the tub with his gun sights set on the door… the sequence is also interspliced with shots of latika escaping, driving down the crowded street trying to get to jamal, and then having to run back to the car to answer the phone… as well as jamal (confused about the answer to the final question) nervously using his lifeline to call a friend… the scene is steadily building to a frenzy, the tension bubbling over about to explode, which the song perfectly captures.
i think you won the fake $100 itunes giftcard
i love it track is so dope
lol, congrats Jesus Hernandez
I thought this was Nina’s arcade theme from Tekken 3 when it started up. The drums sound almost exactly the same! *lol*
I’ve had a rough version of this for a while (not really a while, but I’ve had it). I love Rye Rye on anything, though.
Right on Jesus, that’s just what I was thinking
I was thinking the montage of Jamal and Salim when they are hobo-ing it on the trains. Movement and excitement.
I’m with Jordan. Throw Rye Rye on a track and I’m automatically a fan.
Def when they are running from the cops when they were younger, In the beginning of the Movie.
this song is going to be on the fast and furious 3 soundtrack maybe even in the movie
